NOTE: A condition such as a major water leak, fire, fallen tree or other like condition that immediately endangers life or property is a life threatening condition. If this is the case, please call us immediately.

We will need access to your rental in order to fix the problem. Please choose from one of the following two access options:
- EASY ACCESS: Red Cloud Manor or it's representative may enter my residence between the hours of 9:00 and 5:00 Monday - Friday to make this repair. If possible, you will receive a phone call before entry. This is the fastest way to get your repair completed.
- SET APPOINTMENT: Please have Red Cloud Manor call me to set an appointment. Appointments usually require 2-3 business days to schedule.
